WHAT THIS CHALLENGE BUILDS

BALANCE
THAT KEEPS MOVING.

THE MOVE / 01

Aqua Run 5 combines a stepped water exit with a longer balance run. Use the steps to get fully onto the equipment, find your feet quickly and carry a steady rhythm across all five metres.

STEP. SET. GO.
01 / SKILLS DEVELOPED

CLIMB.
BALANCE.
FLOW.

  • Confident water exit
  • Footwork and balance
  • Forward momentum
  • Mid-run correction
02 / CORRECT TECHNIQUE

BUILD THE RUN FROM THE STEPS.

  1. 01Approach square from the water and use the built-in steps to climb up.
  2. 02Move fully onto the runway, get your feet underneath you and look ahead.
  3. 03Use light, controlled steps and correct small wobbles without stopping.
03 / COMMON MISTAKES

DON'T RUSH THE EXIT.

Launching forward before both feet are settled can turn the first wobble into a swim. Finish the climb, find your line and then build speed.

GET UP.
THEN GO.

SAFETY CUE

ONE CLEAR
RUNWAY.

Wait until the steps and the full five-metre lane are clear. If you fall, move away from the obstacle before the next Warrior begins.
