SAFETY AT A GLANCE

Safety is a shared responsibility. Approved lifejackets are required for every participant, trained team members actively supervise every session, equipment and anchoring systems are inspected before opening, and every participant receives a briefing before entering the course.

Safety is not simply a checklist—it is part of everything we do. Our procedures have been developed through years of practical experience operating inflatable water attractions in Australian conditions. Every day begins with thorough inspections and continues with active supervision, monitoring and assessment.

PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT

Aqua Warrior operates under a structured Safety Management System supporting daily operation.

• Daily pre-opening inspections
• Continuous equipment monitoring
• Planned maintenance and risk assessments
• Emergency response, incident reporting and investigation

HIGHLY TRAINED TEAM

Every team member plays an important role in maintaining a safe environment. Staff remain visible throughout each session to assist guests, monitor activity and respond quickly whenever help is required.

EQUIPMENT + MAINTENANCE

Inflatable equipment is regularly inspected and maintained. Checks include inflation pressures, anchoring systems, connection points, slides, climbing structures, access platforms, walkways and safety equipment.

WATER + WEATHER

Moreton Bay creates a unique natural setting. Environmental conditions, tides and weather are continually assessed. Operations may be delayed, modified or suspended whenever conditions fall outside our guidelines.

LIFEJACKETS

Approved buoyancy aids are supplied and must be worn by every participant. Our team helps each guest select and correctly fit their lifejacket before entering the water.

EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS

Staff are trained to respond quickly and professionally. Procedures cover water rescue, first aid, emergency communication, incident management, evacuation and coordination with emergency services where required.

RISK THROUGH DESIGN

We continually identify hazards and implement practical controls—from course design and equipment placement to staff deployment and daily procedures. Because we develop and refine our own concepts, real operating experience feeds directly into future improvements.
