Moreton Bay creates a unique natural setting. Environmental conditions, tides and weather are continually assessed. Operations may be delayed, modified or suspended whenever conditions fall outside our guidelines.

Approved buoyancy aids are supplied and must be worn by every participant. Our team helps each guest select and correctly fit their lifejacket before entering the water.

Staff are trained to respond quickly and professionally. Procedures cover water rescue, first aid, emergency communication, incident management, evacuation and coordination with emergency services where required.
