REAL WATER / REAL CREWS

ARRIVE READY

Clear information means more time on the water.

01Arrive approximately 30 minutes before the booked session for check-in, lifejackets and the safety induction.
02Changes to participant numbers, session time or date must be emailed with the booking reference at least three days beforehand.
03Every participating teacher or supervisor must be included in the paid numbers.
04Students aged 6–9 require one paying adult or person aged 16+ for every two children.
05Grip socks are compulsory on the course. Every participant receives a correctly fitted lifejacket.
06Exclusive park use may be available for a minimum of 120 participants, subject to availability.
07School groups of up to 250 participants can be accommodated. Special school pricing applies during normal school hours.
08Bus parking is available. Risk-assessment and public-liability documents can be requested from the crew.
09Aqua Warrior may close during lightning storms or winds outside safe operating limits. Affected bookings are contacted using the details supplied.
10Office hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm AEST excluding public holidays.
